The opportunity

Own the numbers that steer the business. You’ll turn analysis into clear decisions, modernize core finance processes, and partner with leaders across the organization. If you’re proactive, collaborative, and ready to grow, this role gives you the platform—and the voice—to do it.

How you'll make an impact

  • Deliver monthly reports and variance analyses (incl. cost centers & absorption) with crisp commentary for management.

  • Keep contracts, sales orders, invoicing, and time allocation accurate and on track.

  • Lead budgeting, monthly rolling forecasts, and hourly/overhead rate calculations.

  • Drive month/quarter/year‑end in line with IFRS & local GAAP; support audits, tax, and legal obligations.

  • Strengthen internal controls (SOX), monitor the balance sheet, and partner with management on finance priorities.

Your background

  • Degree in Finance/Economics/Business Administration (or equivalent).

  • Experience from similar roles; project business exposure is a plus.

  • Strong SAP (FI & CO) and MS Office skills.

  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Knowing Norwegian is a plus.

  • Solid grasp of IFRS, local GAAP, and internal controls.
