As a Business Application professional, you will play a key role in ensuring excellent service and support for Roche instruments and solutions. You will serve as a trusted technical partner to our customers, ensuring smooth operations, quality performance, and reliable results that empower better patient outcomes.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service and application support across Roche instruments and reagents. You will manage technical issues, perform troubleshooting, and ensure timely resolution through proactive follow-up and effective case management.
You will:
Deliver service and support for Roche instruments and perform routine quality performance monitoring.
Manage troubleshooting for instruments and reagents via phone or onsite visits, ensuring prompt and effective solutions.
Lead daily operational tasks including reagent issue handling, software upgrades, and customer visits based on priority.
Conduct operation and application training for new instrument placements and refresh sessions for customers and partners.
Maintain accurate records in Roche’s Case Management System, ensuring traceability and timely case closure.
Identify business opportunities, share market insights, and support initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and growth.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, in compliance with Roche standards and SOPs.
This position requires a customer-centric mindset, technical expertise, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that Roche continues to deliver impactful healthcare solutions efficiently and effectively.
You have a strong scientific or technical background combined with a passion for supporting healthcare innovation. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are driven to deliver excellence to customers.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Analysis, Molecular Biology, Medical, Tissue Diagnostics, or a related field.
Minimum of two years’ experience in the diagnostics industry, preferably in Pathology Anatomy Lab business.
Strong understanding of Pathology Anatomy Lab workflow, including automated IHC/ISH staining and Digital Pathology Solutions.
Demonstrated leadership, project management, and problem-solving abilities.
Able to work independently, deliver results under pressure, and travel extensively with flexible hours (including weekends if required).
Excellent communication skills in English, with proficient computer literacy and technical documentation capability.
