As a Business Analytics Manager Senior within PNC's Balance Sheet Analytics & Modeling Marketing and Customer Analytics organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. This position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in office or in the field on a regular basis.
As a Senior Marketing Analytics Manager, you will shape strategic decisions through data-driven insights, drive performance, and directly impact how millions of people experience our brand.
In this high-impact role, you’ll lead a newly formed team of talented analysts, providing insights that optimize our direct marketing campaigns and accelerate our growth across our retail deposit and investment businesses. We are seeking a strategic and technically proficient leader to develop and manage a high-performance team focused on driving data-driven marketing decisions. This role is ideal for seasoned analytics professionals with deep expertise in marketing analytics, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for translating complex data into actionable insights. Role Responsibilities:
• Build, lead, and mentor a team of high-performing marketing analysts primarily supporting direct response campaigns within our retail deposit, investments, and wealth management lines of business
• Develop and execute audience selection strategies for targeted retail deposit campaigns
• Create a long-term testing roadmap along with Marketing and Product partners to enable future optimization and growth
• Design and oversee A/B and multivariate testing frameworks to optimize campaign performance
• Establish robust measurement methodologies to assess campaign effectiveness and ROI
• Build and maintain dashboards tracking campaign performance KPIs
• Analyze campaign results to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and data teams to align analytics with business goals
• Drive continuous improvement through data-driven optimization of targeting, messaging, offers, and channel mix
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior and executive leadership and stakeholders
• Ensure data integrity, compliance, and best practices in marketing analytics and reporting

Job Description
- Directs the strategic design, management, and implementation of an enterprise-wide business analytics programs to drive customer solutions, service innovation and profitability.
- Leads development and execution of complex analytical solutions to meet business requirements .
- Leading the research, development and adoption of new and emerging analytics technologies; identifying technology-based business opportunities.
- Implementing mechanisms for ensuring that information provided is accurate, meaningful, has integrity, manages risk and meets the needs of the senior leadership.
- Directing, motivating, developing and managing the performance of the management team and key staff.
