Our solutions are anchored on the Salesforce.com platform and extend to a broader ecosystem of applications that enable end-to-end revenue operations, including third-party applications (People.ai, LeanData, etc.) and other boundary systems (Oracle, Snowflake, SAP, etc.).
The Business Analyst will bring deep expertise in sales and partner workflows, as well as the customer and partner buying journeys. This individual will serve as both a process strategist and a technology translator, ensuring solutions are intuitive, scalable, and accelerate business value delivery.
What will you do:
Partner with business stakeholders across Sales, Partner, and Services organizations to understand and document business processes, goals, and challenges.
Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that guide design and development.
Collaborate closely with product owners, solution architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are properly implemented and validated.
Support end-to-end solution design for Salesforce and integrated applications (e.g., People.ai, LeanData, Oracle, Snowflake, SAP).
Analyze and optimize Lead-to-Cash workflows, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and drive automation.
Facilitate workshops and working sessions to align stakeholders, resolve ambiguity, and define optimal solutions.
Contribute to data modeling and reporting design to ensure accurate metrics across sales performance, partner engagement, and revenue outcomes.
Ensure business and technical documentation is up to date and supports adoption and change management efforts.
Drive user enablement and readiness by providing context, documentation, and training for new functionality or process changes.
Participate in testing cycles, including test case creation, UAT coordination, and defect triage.
Support roadmap and backlog management by prioritizing requirements that deliver measurable business impact.
What will you bring:
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role supporting Sales, Partner, or GTM organizations.
Strong understanding of Lead-to-Cash processes, including Campaign to Quote, Quote to Order, and Attract to Manage.
Demonstrated experience with Salesforce.com, including Sales Cloud, Partner Relationship Management (PRM), and integrations with third-party tools.
Experience collaborating across cross-functional IT and business teams in large, matrixed organizations.
Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
Proven ability to translate business goals into scalable technical solutions.
Familiarity with data and analytics platforms such as Snowflake, Tableau, or Power BI.
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, including user story creation, backlog grooming, and sprint planning.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a proactive mindset and bias for action.

Experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or technology industries.
Working knowledge of SAP or Oracle ERP systems.
Understanding of partner ecosystems, reseller models, and services delivery workflows.
Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Business Analyst, or Sales Cloud Consultant) a plus.
Experience supporting large-scale business transformations or CRM migrations.
