What You’ll Do:
Analyze and enhance business systems, contributing to the development and optimization of global company systems.
Collaborate closely with business users to gather, analyze, and document their requirements for business applications.
Evaluate the impact of system changes and design inputs for various projects.
Work hand-in-hand with Solution Architects and developers to ensure business needs are met.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user scenarios, and technical documentation.
Define system modifications, integrations, and testing strategies, including issue analysis and prioritization.
Create user-friendly documentation, guides, and training materials.
Prepare presentations, system updates, and provide management with project progress reports.
What We’re Looking For:
Education: University degree in Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience: 4+ years in IT business analysis
Skills & Expertise:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with complex business or financial systems.
Proficiency in business and process analysis.
Ability to effectively communicate with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
Adaptability, reliability, and a proactive approach to challenges.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).
Bonus Points For:
Experience with Netsuite
Background in financial systems.
Knowledge of legal management systems or eSignature solutions.
Familiarity with ITIL methodology.
Basic wage component (gross): from 2600 EUR
The final basic wage component can be adjusted accordingly to individual skills and experience of the selected candidate.
Performance bonus 2 times per year up to 10% of the basic salary paid for the evaluation period (usually 6 months)
