Business Analyst based in Taguig, Philippines – Hybrid – Mid shift

Avid Technology is seeking for a Business Analyst with experience in Salesforce to join our team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Lifecycle Exposure:

  • Gain a deep understanding of Avid’s complex end-to-end sales lifecycle, from lead generation to sales closure and post-sale activities.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process bottlenecks and provide actionable recommendations for streamlining and enhancing the sales process.

Salesforce Management:

  • Use your strong Salesforce experience to configure, customize, and optimize the platform to meet business needs and improve efficiency.

  • Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into actionable Salesforce solutions to enhance productivity and align with organizational goals.

  • Provide ongoing support and training to business users to ensure Salesforce is being leveraged effectively.

Salesforce Report Generation:

  • Design and create Salesforce reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights into business performance.

  • Ensure reports meet business needs, are accurate, and are delivered in a timely manner to enable informed decision-making.

Process Improvement & Innovation:

  • Analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement data-driven solutions to improve sales and operational performance across different business processes within Avid.

  • Through actionable intel, work closely with stakeholders to propose innovative approaches for process improvement, leveraging automation and other technologies.

  • Monitor the success of implemented improvements and adjust strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

Project Management:

  • Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, timelines, and deliverables, while actively managing stakeholder expectations.

  • Track progress, address risks, and ensure that projects stay on track to meet business objectives.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, with expertise in Salesforce, data analysis, and project management.

  • Experience with Salesforce report generation and process improvement initiatives.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Domo, SQL, Snowflake, and Netsuite is a plus.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Salesforce Experience & Business Acumen: Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM, including customizations, report generation, and data analysis. Ability to apply business insights to Salesforce configurations.

  • Project Management Experience: Proven ability to manage complex projects from initiation to delivery, using methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.

  • Data-Centric Process Improvement & Innovation: Experience in using data to drive process improvements and business innovation, especially in sales and operations.

  • Sales Lifecycle Exposure: Understanding of the full sales lifecycle, with a focus on improving efficiency and optimizing sales processes from lead generation to post-sale.

PREFERRED:

  • AI Automation Tools: Familiarity with or experience implementing AI-driven tools to automate and optimize sales processes, such as RPA or AI-powered analytics tools.

  • Domo Data Visualization: Experience using Domo to create compelling, insightful data visualizations that help business stakeholders quickly grasp key trends and performance indicators.

  • SQL & Snowflake: Solid experience writing to extract, manipulate, and analyze large data sets preferably using Snowflake.

  • Netsuite Planning & Budgeting: Familiarity with Netsuite Planning and Budgeting tools for financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
