THE JOB:
As a Bus Runner, you will be essential in maintaining a pristine dining environment, ensuring tables are clean and sanitary. Your responsibilities will include swiftly removing dirty dishes and debris while restocking tables and side stations with clean dishware, silverware, glassware, and condiments. Collaborating closely with Food Servers, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest service by facilitating the efficient delivery of food throughout the restaurant. THE STARTING RATE: $19.5658
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Maintain food and beverage station in a clean and orderly manner
Clean and sanitize all equipment
Sweep and mop floor, and empty garbage, as required by the property
Maintain par stock levels in the beverage station
Clean and sanitize tables and chairs
Retrieve orders the warehouse and stock storeroom
Assist with proper stock rotation
Run food as required by the Department
Perform other job-related duties as requested
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Is 18+ years of age
1+ years of food and beverage experience preferred
