The Assistant Director of the Buckeye Leadership Fellows Program provides leadership and supervision for the educational development, experiential learning, and program management. They will provide assistance in the research, development, and execution of connections and relationships with university alumni, and members of the Ohio State community; broader Columbus and National community to identify thought leaders across our nation. They will lead the student facing role for program advancement through creating problem based learning experiences, immersive experiences, curriculum development, coaching and networking experiences and personal reflection activities for students who are part of the new expanded programs created; leads semester driven nonprofit partnerships, manages Domestic and International student travel, works with program director in outreach initiatives to expand the BLF programming in collaboration with other University and Student Life initiatives; leads data driven program evaluation and assessment; works closely
with the director of the program to engage alumni and community partners into BLF programs and be involved in assisting the Director in advancement activities such as fundraising, and the cultivation and stewardship of BLF supporters and community partners; manages the BLF Sprint program, continues to further the five year strategy and assists in increasing the awareness of the BLF program to the higher education community through research, presentations, workshops, and publications.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 6 years of relevant experience required. 8-12 years of relevant experience preferred. 

Desired: Master's Level Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in program planning and administration. Experience in curriculum or program development, program materials; strong execution skills, experience working in a large collegiate setting; knowledge of and experience in working with students, staff, and alumni; strong organizational and execution skills; experience managing multiple projects simultaneously; strong communication skills with various stakeholders; ability to track and meet deadlines; a desire to further strong community ties both with campus and off, familiarity with managing relations with external partners and supporters such as alumni, businesses and non-profit organizations.
