HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Carter’s, Inc. is seeking a Brand Marketing Project Manager to drive excellence across our portfolio of brands, including Carter’s, OshKosh B’gosh, Skip Hop, Little Planet, and Otter Avenue. This role will serve as the hub between Brand Marketing, Creative, Growth Marketing, and eCommerce teams, ensuring campaigns across the portfolio are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with each brand’s strategy and Carter’s Inc. standards. The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-driven, and passionate about enabling powerful storytelling by keeping projects running smoothly from concept to consumer.
 

This role is based in our Atlanta Buckhead office and is on-site 4 days a week.
 

40%: Project Management & Process Leadership

  • Develop and manage project timelines and deliverables for campaigns across the portfolio, ensuring alignment and visibility across multiple brands, teams, and stakeholders.
  • Drive end-to-end workflow management for seasonal and always-on brand campaigns, enabling each brand to deliver storytelling consistently and efficiently.
  • Establish and champion operational best practices across the marketing team, ensuring repeatable and scalable processes for the portfolio.
  • Anticipate risks, resolve bottlenecks, and manage cross-functional dependencies to keep projects moving forward.
     

30%: Campaign & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Partner with Brand Marketing leads to operationalize seasonal campaigns across all Carter’s Inc. brands, ensuring each brand’s storytelling is executed seamlessly across channels.
  • Act as the central point of contact between Brand Marketing, enabling functions, and agency partners, ensuring clear handoffs and smooth collaboration.
  • Support integrated marketing planning by aligning product priorities, timelines, and creative needs across brands.
  • Ensure all campaign assets meet Carter’s Inc. brand standards while reflecting the unique voice and positioning of each brand.
     

20%: Budget & Resource Management

  • Track budgets, vendor invoices, and total spend across the portfolio of brands.
  • Manage resource allocation and workload planning to ensure campaign needs are supported across multiple brand priorities.
  • Provide leadership with visibility into budget status and portfolio campaign investments.
     

10% Performance & Continuous Improvement

  • Capture learnings from portfolio-wide campaign execution to refine workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Share best practices across the marketing organization to strengthen operational excellence across the Carter’s Inc. portfolio.
     

WE’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF: (REQUIREMENTS SECTION)
Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of project management experience in marketing, creative services, or related field.
  • Strong project management skills with proven success managing multiple brands or business units.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to manage complex, multi-brand deliverables with clarity.
  • Familiarity with project management tools.
  • Passion for operational excellence and supporting consumer-first storytelling across diverse brands.
     

Preferred Skills & Experiences:

  • Experience in consumer products, apparel, retail, or CPG marketing.
  • Background in creative production workflows (photography, content development, digital, retail).
  • Familiarity with omni-channel campaign execution (digital, social, in-store, wholesale).
  • Experience working in matrixed organizations where influence and collaboration are critical.
