About the Role:

As the Brand Manager for parodontax, you will be at the forefront of deploying global strategies and leading marketing initiatives that align with our brand's vision. Your leadership will be crucial in achieving both short-term and long-term brand sales and profit objectives. This role offers a platform for you to lead, innovate, and grow your career within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Brand Development: Craft and refine the strategic direction for parodontax, grounded in consumer and customer insights.

  • Annual Brand & Activation Planning: Lead the development of annual market activation plans, focusing on 3-year growth drivers and cross-functional team leadership.

  • Campaign Implementation: Drive superior execution of marketing plans and campaigns to bring the brand strategies to life, including media, creative development, and digital programs

  • Manage brand equity: successful deployment and localization of global toolkits & Drive innovation strategy through flawless execution of global innovation vision board

  • Financial Accountability: Manage the parodontax brand P&L, optimizing budget allocations to maximize return on investment.

  • Team Mentorship: Support and mentor junior marketing associates, fostering a culture of learning and development.

  • Collaborative Partnerships: Cultivate strong relationships with agencies and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

  • Performance Tracking: Tracking of results on key brand and programs, recommending course correction as necessary based on performance versus Key Performance Indicators

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a Master’s degree is a plus.

  • At least 3 years of brand marketing experience in the consumer products sector.

  • Proven leadership experience in both project-based and day-to-day scenarios.

  • Strong financial acumen and business insight.

  • Experience with large-scale product launches and collaboration within a global matrix organization.

  • Demonstrated success in delivering insights-based consumer communications and driving brand share growth.

  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, including during organizational changes.
