Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Brand Manager to lead and elevate Chivas Regal Ultra Premium in Pernod Ricard Türkiye’s portfolio.

This role is ideal for a strategic and passionate marketer with strong leadership, analytical, and creative skills — someone who can turn brand purpose into business growth.You’ll shape the future of Chivas Regal in Türkiye by crafting meaningful brand experiences, building premium desirability, and driving the long-term business plan in line with global ambitions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the brand strategy and annual business plan for Chivas Regal Ultra Premium, ensuring alignment with global guidelines and local market opportunities.
  • Develop and execute integrated campaigns across digital, PR, experiential, and on/off-trade channels to strengthen brand equity and deliver measurable growth.
  • Monitor and analyze all aspects of brand performance (volume, share, profit, distribution, pricing, image, promotion), taking proactive action where necessary.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure full alignment between brand plans and commercial priorities.
  • Partner with the Consumer Insights and Strategy teams to uncover trends, identify growth opportunities, and define future brand direction.
  • Oversee all digital, content, and social media activations, ensuring impactful storytelling consistent with Chivas’ premium image.
  • Plan and manage luxury events, experiences, and partnerships that elevate brand desirability and engage key audiences.
  • Challenge agency and partner proposals to ensure creative excellence, efficiency, and strong ROI.
  • Lead the brand budget planning, tracking, and reporting processes to maximize investment effectiveness and deliver strong P&L results.

Requirements

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or brand management within FMCG, luxury, or lifestyle industries.
• Proven track record of managing premium or prestige brands in a multinational context.

Languages:
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Technical Skills:
• Strong command of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Nielsen and data analytics tools is a plus.
