About the Opportunity

The Brand Management Director, Americas will lead and scale the OKX brand across the region, strengthening our position as a top cryptocurrency and Web3 exchange. This role oversees the development of compelling, consistent, and differentiated brand and product narratives, from strategy to execution. The ideal candidate is a visionary brand builder and storyteller with a proven track record of driving measurable impact through creativity, cultural relevance, strategic execution, and cross-functional leadership.

What You’ll Be Doing

Serve as the leading voice of the brand marketing team in the US and across the Americas region.
Concept, build and develop brand marketing strategies driving the US business through integrated marketing initiatives.
Lead storytelling initiatives in the US and Americas that reinforce OKX as an industry leader across traditional, emerging, and innovative formats.
Own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, from design through measurement, managing cross-functional teams, to deploy omnichannel campaigns.
Collaborate with key cross-functional teams, including compliance, legal, local markets, and product marketing, to ensure brand and product messaging resonates with B2C and B2B customers, regulators, and other key stakeholders.
Leverage data analytics to measure ROI, optimize marketing performance, and drive informed, results-focused decision-making across all channels.
Foster a high-performance marketing team culture, driving professional growth, collaboration, and continuous skills development to meet ambitious business goals.

The salary range for this position is in California, New York, and New Jersey: $214,000 - $250,000
The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
