We’re looking for a passionate, creative, and strategic Brand Experience Manager to help bring our brand to life across every touchpoint from live activations and sponsorships to digital experiences and community engagement. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing, planning, and executing initiatives that deepen emotional connections with our audiences and strengthen brand affinity. We are looking for someone who :

  • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, sponsorships, experiential marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience in sports, entertainment, or lifestyle events.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale activations and events, from concept to delivery.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy and how to translate positioning into real-world experiences.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • A mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of brand activations, events, and sponsorships that deliver measurable brand impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (brand, media, PR, commercial, content to ensure consistent and engaging brand storytelling across channels.
  • Manage brand partnerships and sponsorships, from negotiation to activation, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Oversee experiential marketing campaigns, from ideation and production to on-site execution and post-event evaluation.
  • Develop frameworks to measure brand experience performance, including awareness, engagement, sentiment, and earned media impact.
  • Manage agencies, vendors, and budgets, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to timelines.
  •  Identify and develop opportunities for innovation in how the brand connects with audiences — whether through technology, influencers, or immersive experiences.
