BGS Supply Chain is looking for a BGS Parts, Distribution and Supply Chain Career Rotational Project Manager (Level K) to design & develop, implement, and sustain our career rotational program in Seattle, WA or Berkeley, MO.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Position Responsibilities:
Leading the stand up of the rotational program; partner with the Business & HR
Build relationships with hosting managers and program supporters
Manage annual recruiting and selection processes
Attract and retain high potential candidates to the program
Source the rotations and manage matching process
Create development plans and curriculum
Perform the annual performance and compensation review; providing ongoing feedback to the participants
Manage participant graduation process to fill pipeline requirements and retain talent
Provide strategic design, logistics and facilitation of an annual F2F
Coach and mentor rotation participants
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1-3 years of people development
1-3 years of cross functional collaboration
1-3 years of reporting to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3-5 years of people development
3-5 years of leading development programs
3-5 years of coaching and mentoring
