This role will be will be pivotal in delivering quality services to our patients and visitors in a caring, friendly atmosphere.

We are a 197-bed facility with highly experienced and skilled staff that work as a team to deliver the highest standard of healthcare to all our patients. Things that work for us:
Registered with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) as a Registered Nurse
Previous experience in community and/or facility (or similar role)
Effective communication skills at all levels enabling you to achieve best practice
To provide a consultative and liaison focused service aimed at supporting medical and nursing staff in the assessment, care, management and successful discharge of patients with necessary family and community organisations to ensure the smooth and safe transition out of hospital.
To ensure effective and timely admission/discharge processes are in place and to case manage patients with an extended length of stay
You will understand the importance of providing quality care, and you feel rewarded by creating a genuine impact
Well-developed interpersonal skills that provide the support and nurture for our patients and organisation’s needs.
