The Retail Team is responsible for bringing our engineering, technology and products to life through our retail experiences, increasing brand awareness, brand advocacy and driving conversion. Like everything at Dyson, our retail journey is designed with our consumers at the center. As a Beauty Trainer, you will deliver inspiring and informative training sessions on Dyson’s hair care products, with a strong focus on practical, hands-on learning. The content and skills covered will be carefully tailored to the needs of different target groups—such as Dyson retail teams, stylists, and other internal or external staff. This ensures that each group develops the appropriate level of product knowledge, styling expertise, and the ability to deliver personalized beauty consultations to customers.
You will actively contribute to growing expertise and advocacy in the market. In this role, you will report on the impact of your trainings and share your insights with the Benelux Training Manager.
