The Opportunity:
In this role, you will contribute to the development, coordination, and implementation of initiatives that support business development operations within the corporate Business Development function. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, documenting, and maintaining reporting and processes. Additionally, you will support senior team members in the development, modification, and maintenance of Office 365 SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform solutions, engaging in all phases of SharePoint development and maintenance as well as Power Platform solutions. Your role will also include participating in development work, from gathering and facilitating requirements to organizing teams of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for executing automation projects. This position requires onsite presence at our Reston, VA office.
Responsibilities:
• Support the development, qc process and delivery of existing standard automations (i.e., workflows, power app development, etc.) and ad hoc pipeline reporting across the business development organization
• Create documentation and cross training materials for existing reports and automation tools
• Build templated reports and views in our pipeline and CRM management system
• Support the reporting and analytics team on projects to reduce bottlenecks and create efficiencies
• Participate in automation projects and help implement new reporting tools
• Help develop communication and training plans for report roll-out and process changes
• Assist with the research, design, development, modifications, and maintenance of key software components using Office 365 SharePoint, Power Automate and Power App tools and site content and capabilities
• Provide maintenance and enhancement support, triage issues and lead coordination of site SMEs.
• Document and demonstrate solutions using flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code.
• Participate in product design reviews by providing creative and practical ideas and solutions in a teamwork environment.
• Participate in product testing and demos for training purposes.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$39,400 - $73,500
