THE JOB:
As a Barback at Diablo's Cantina, you’ll play a key role in creating unforgettable moments! You’ll assist our talented bartenders while ensuring the bar’s appearance is top-notch. With your warm smile and exceptional service, you'll set the stage for a fantastic guest experience. If you're ready to dive into the vibrant world of Italian cuisine and cocktails, we want you on our team! Let’s mix it up together!
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Drink Prep Hero: Help the bartender whip up delicious drinks, mixes, and garnishes to keep the bar buzzing with excitement!
Sparkling Clean Bar: Keep the bar area spotless and inviting, ensuring everything is clean, safe, and ready for action!
Stock Master: Make sure all supplies, from beverages to glassware, are well-stocked and organized for smooth service!
Guest Service Champion: Provide top-notch service by staying attentive to guests’ needs, resolving any questions or complaints, and ensuring everyone has a fantastic experience!
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
At least 21 years of age
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent (preferred)
Previous bartending experience (preferred)

Pay Rate:
The rate for this role is:
$17.96
Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
