The role
At Ramsay Health Care UK, we know our people are our most important asset. As a key member of our Physiotherapist team, you’ll be valued for your expertise, and have the chance to build on it through our Ramsay Academy.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with proven skills in the management of inpatient orthopaedics with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who can work alone and as part of the team.
You would need to have been practising as a qualified physiotherapist for a minimum of 3 years, with evidence of working in orthopaedic environments. The caseload will consist of NHS and private patients.
We are looking for a driven in patient physiotherapist who is available on Thursdays and Fridays, each shift will be a minimum of 4 hours and there will be scope to increase these hours/days as the service allows.
What you’ll bring with you
Have a BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent
Be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council and Chartered Society of Physiotherapy
Be confident in treating patients with inpatient orthopaedic presentations
Have a commitment to the use of evidence-based practice
Have evidence of further professional training and continual professional development, reflecting your desire to develop as a practitioner
Be a confident communicator with the ability to engage effectively with patients and other healthcare professionals
