Role Summary / Purpose
In this role, the (sr.) specialist will be responsible for all technical and clinical product leadership in ETC hospital segment by designing and executing full range of product marketing strategies including potential uses, product capabilities and benefits to customers as needed.
Essential Responsibilities
- Make a plan for marketing strategy and project for key products development such as foam dressing, scar management products and AWD products.
- Develop, lead and manage the execution of new product launches by performing market analysis, SWOT analysis, scenario analysis to leverage appropriate launch plan.
- Develop appropriate clinical activities such as clinical programs, symposiums, congress and all other clinical events and collaborate with local MedED team to meet customers’ clinical needs.
- Train sales team and distributors about our products and other related industrial knowledge to ensure all sales forces are adequately trained. Improve customer satisfaction and socket retention through continuing education on optimization of our product utilization by customers.
- Gather market trend, competitive dynamics and market potential regularly and deliver credible marketing data and information by manipulating the raw data.
- Analyze sales revenue units, average selling prices & expense results, monthly, revises tactics. Analyze both IMS and NTS sales trends, and related sales implications.
- Forecast needed inventory level and monitor not to happen backorder issue through close communication with local SCM team.
- Seeking any opportunity related with product reimbursement environment through close collaboration with local RA team.
- Close communication with APAC marketing team to share best practice and receive needed support.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above is required.
- Minimum 2~7 years of working experience in healthcare industry is required.
- Minimum 1 year of product marketing experience in healthcare industry is required.
- Proficiency in computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Willingness to travel extensively within your specified geographic region as well as to nationwide sales meetings and tradeshows.
- Strong English Communication skills for effective collaboration with the APAC marketing team.
