AVP - Oracle Fusion Support Lead

·   Provide expert-level support across Oracle Finance Cloud modules: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Expenses, Cash Management, Transaction Tax, Intercompany, and BPM Approvals.

·   Understanding of self-service procurement, approval workflows, Contract module, RFQ, receipt processing, Supplier management, etc will be an added advantage

·   Troubleshoot complex issues across the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Record to Report (R2R) lifecycle.

·   Analyse and resolve ServiceNow tickets, adhering to SLAs.

·   Address functional issues through configuration changes and educating users on tool capabilities.

·   Support version upgrades and lead service reviews with vendor.

·   Support the end user training sessions on Oracle Fusion new processes and functions.

·   Promote awareness of audit and compliance principles in daily operations of the team.

·   Act as a primary point of contact for business users regarding Oracle Fusion-related queries and issues.

·  Participate in change management discussions and impact assessments for new business requirements.
