This is an exciting time in TransUnion CIBIL. With investments in our people, technology and new business markets, we are redefining the role and purpose of a credit bureau.
The incumbent will play a vital role in accelerating the Commercial Business of Transunion. S/he will be responsible for business development, strategy formulation, internal cross-functional alignment. The person will engage across the commercial lending ecosystem which is banks, nbfcs, digital lending players, supply chain financing players, government and regulatory bodies. S/he will be working on driving deal origination and building early revenue streams, capability enhancement on data/platforms/analytics as may be needed along with frequent KPI tracking and reporting.
What You'll Bring:
- Subject matter expertise:
- Understand commercial landscape, needs of MSME’s and industry, accentuate practical use cases of the solutions offered and help in refining the strategy for TransUnion’s play in digital MSME lending
- Research evolving trends, regulation and constantly refine the product-market fit for TU
- Business Development:
- Business development with key decision makers and CXOs across the ecosystem players and lending institutions
- Drive deal origination, orchestrate delivery success by adherence to time and quality SLAs and be accountable for the revenue achievement
- Engage with ecosystem players such as Fintechs of GST, bank statement, ITR and API banking ecosystem of lenders
- Lead partnerships and alliances with on co-creating new research content and data/product offerings
- Cross-functional engagement:
- Extensive cross-functional engagement with Products, Sales, Operations & IT to ensure delivery and implementation of commercial solutions
- Work closely with the Director - Commercial Vertical, in tracking opportunities, driving closures and exceeding targets
Impact You'll Make:
- Master’s degree in Business, Finance or Economics or Commerce
- 10 years’ experience in BFSI in MSME Segment / Commercial Banking
- Experience in business development, sales, products or implementation of technology solutions
- A thorough understanding of the technology & analytics use cases in BFSI space
- Self-starter, ability to work independently, handle ambiguous situations and exercise judgement in variety of situations.
- Result orientation and ability to deliver under strict timelines
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
