AV Support Analyst

We’re hiring for an AV Support Analyst to join our Technology Operations Department in London.

Purpose of the Role

As AV Support Analyst you’ll play a critical role in ensuring seamless audio-visual experiences across executive meetings, client pitches, and internal events. You’ll set up, test, and troubleshoot AV equipment (e.g., microphones, cameras, lighting, displays, conferencing platforms etc) and perform daily AV health checks in boardrooms and meeting spaces using dashboards and physical checks.

This hybrid role combines technical AV expertise with responsive support for high-profile stakeholders, including board members and senior leadership. This role may involve travel when necessary to support other dentsu offices and offsite events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive AV support for critical meetings, pitches and town halls, including video conferencing, hybrid events, and client-facing sessions.
  • Collaborate with technology and facilities teams to ensure AV infrastructure is maintained and upgraded and AV stock and inventory is kept up to date and tidy.
  • Provide technical support and maintenance for dentsu Lab London.
  • Document AV setups and procedures for standardization use across locations
  • Provide support for off-site events collaborating with external vendors and escalating complex issues to 3rd party vendors.
  • Ensuring internal AV in the event spaces is fit for purpose and advising on any changes and improvements when necessary.

Qualifications + Skills

  • Proven experience in AV support, ideally within a corporate or media production environment.
  • Experience supporting hybrid office space and work environments.
  • Strong knowledge of video conferencing platforms (e.g. Teams, Zoom, Webex, Google Meet) as well as knowledge of meeting room technologies, preferably Crestron Meeting Room Technologies
  • Familiarity with AV hardware: projectors, LED displays, audio signal flow, DMX lighting control and fixtures, PTZ and broadcast cameras and control, Media Servers (Disguise, Barco etc) and Digital Signage systems (Onelan CMS).
  • Experience with ticketing systems and documentation tools.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • The team is based in our London office but operates under flexible working arrangements. The team are currently in the office 3 days per week across 2 shift patterns; 8am-4.30pm and 9am-5.30pm. This is done on a weekly rota basis.
