Title: ATM Software Developer

Location: Belgrade, Serbia

Grade: 11

Responsibilities:

• Develops scripts and applications (alongside the vendor) to deliver efficiencies through automation of installation, deployment, management and monitoring processes
• Actively assist with the development and maintenance of a continuous integration solution
• Develops remote content updates to ensure ATMs are constantly updated to their current patch level.
• Estimate and commit to delivery of project requirements
• Work effectively alone or as part of a team to develop ATM software solutions
• Participate in continuing process improvement initiatives
• Coordinate and communicate with other IT departments including PMO, QC, stakeholders and customers
• Author ATM Technical specifications, Software Installation Documentation, & User Guides
• Assess requirements & priorities to ensure delivery of the right product at the right time
• Provides input on project constraints and dependencies, establishes project acceptance criteria and quality goals
• Support QC in the testing process from the design & development of appropriate test cases to the resolution of software issues reported
• Acts as escalation point of contact for Operations Technical Support into the Solutions department

Qualifications:

• Must be able to effectively communicate in English
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science/Engineering and/or equivalent experience required
• 4+ years’ experience in ATM technology infrastructure: including ATM Terminal Software, Activate Enterprise, Edge, NDC, 912, Load set Development, CEN/XFS, ATM Security, operation of ATM software platform management tools required
• 4+ years’ experience in transaction processing platforms
