The Boeing CompanyBoeing Global Services (BGS) has an opening for an Associate Supply Chain Specialist (Level 2) position who is responsible for working with customers, suppliers, and associated stakeholders to achieve solution delivery expectation in support of escalated requirements as part of our Boeing Global Services (BGS)Emergent Requirements (AOG)Team. The ideal candidate will have the willingness to learn and strive to demonstrate a high degree of cross-functional collaboration, and have a desire to provide world-class customer support at our Irving, TX location.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options: Irving, TX.
Position Responsibilities:
• Assess and analyze customer escalations and formulate problem resolutions
• Coordinate the activities required to facilitate the quick return to service for emergent
• customer requirements (e.g. AOG)
• Review and decipher engineering data for alternate problem resolution
• Act as a liaison with multiple stakeholders to accomplish a common objective
• Delegates tasks to manage workload.
• Engage in cross-functional communications to deliver concise and timely results
• Support suppliers by identifying constraints and assisting with mitigation plan
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines
• Assist in the collection and processing of supplier and/or customer data regarding products
• or services to include repair capabilities and capacity
• Able to adapt in a fast-changing and high-stress work environment.
• Must be self-driven and able to ask questions in a team environment.
