About the Role

As we continue to grow, we’re seeking an Associate Scrum Master to support agile delivery and help foster high-performing, collaborative teams. In this role, you’ll run key ceremonies, support day-to-day workflows, and promote a culture of agility and continuous improvement.

You Will

  • Facilitate agile ceremonies for 1–2 cross-functional teams, including daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews
  • Support Technical Leads and Product Managers in maintaining and grooming backlogs
  • Help monitor sprint health using Jira and other tools to track velocity, blockers, and delivery trends
  • Encourage best practices in Agile methodologies and help identify process improvements
  • Foster collaboration, communication, and transparency across teams
  • Escalate issues and dependencies appropriately and work with partners to resolve blockers
  • Assist in preparing and delivering relevant updates to stakeholders on team progress and outcomes
  • Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to maintain alignment across the broader engineering organization
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to align on project execution
  • Coordinate efforts across distributed teams (including iOS, Android, full stack) throughout the full software development lifecycle

You Have

  • 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Coordinator, or related role
  • Working knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum and/or Kanban) and agile tooling (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and facilitation skills
  • A continuous improvement mindset and a collaborative working style
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with software development life cycles and cross-functional team structures
  • Experience delivering consumer-facing mobile/web applications is a plus
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM or equivalent) is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Compensation Package

  • The US base salary range for this full-time position is $107,000-$145,000.
    • This range reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position for US-based candidates, at the time of posting. The actual salary offer is based on factors including relevant experience and training, assessment of functional skills and behavioral competencies, and location, among others. 
  • Other elements of Noom’s Compensation Package
    • Noom offers a comprehensive and generous total rewards package. Location 

  • This position is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week on-site required in our Princeton, NJ office.
