Job Summary
: QA Warehouse responsible person – this position has responsibility for incoming material inspection, packing operation, product handling of return and disposal product in compliance with GQS and local regulation. This position is main contact of Lilly importer warehouse and serves oversight of product distribution with TPO warehouse to comply with Lilly standard and local regulation for product handling.
Job Responsibilities
1. Product verification upon receipt of imported products, packaging materials.
1.1 Perform physical incoming inspection of all products and materials that arrive to the warehouse and verify that they meet quality standards and local regulation.
1.2 Perform SAP input for product verification activities and sample taking and adjust quantities of taking sample between SAP and service provider system as well.
1.3 Ensure compliance with the warehousing and shipping temperature conditions according with the requirements for each product.
1.4 Responsible for Cold Chain Management as primary contact of affiliate.
1.5 Manage of testing samples and reserve samples in compliance with local procedures and regulation.
2. Oversight on-site product packaging operation and operators qualification.
3. Compliance with Lilly standard, procedures and local regulations.
3.1 Verify the maintenance of chill room, temperature-controlled room, air conditioner, redressing area, return/recall area.
3.2 Ensure the implementation and follow up of pest control requirement and any gaps identified.
3.3 Report deviation and product complaint during warehousing, redressing, and distribution to QA manager.
3.4 Performs management and revision of internal procedure related to warehousing and distribution.
4. Initiate the process of change control at warehouse.
5. Initiate the process of deviation management to investigate. Ensure that the corresponding plan of corrective and preventive actions.
6. Others in business required.
Job Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific discipline.
2. 1-3 years of experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control role within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
3. Solid understanding of relevant GxP regulations.
4. Familiarity with quality management systems and quality assurance principles.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and English.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
9. Driving license
