Your Opportunity, Your Team
- Reporting to the Sr. Manager of TV Programming & Airtime Allocation, you will manage strategic airtime and on-air calendars for current and new alternative on-air channels. It also promotes airtime by on-air promotions and builds strategies to achieve multiple business metrics. You will drive sales, viewership, new names, and acquisition growth across multiple on-air channels. It involves analyzing trends and making recommendations to the senior team regarding channel strategy and development.
Where You'll Work
- This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at Studio Park several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, DE, and NJ. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
What You'll Do
- Creating, strategizing, and maximizing on-air programming calendars for HSN Broadcast Platforms
- Developing category Programming and event airtime daily builds
- Ensuring prioritization, alignment and effective promotion of event, programming, and viewer education concepts
- Leading and communicating daily HSN on-air programming plans and changes to all teams
- Meeting and exceeding the financial plan
- Analyzing and reporting on performance metrics and making improvements based on findings
- Maximizing viewership and engagement metrics
- Manage to HSN department workflow for calendar builds, releases, and reviews
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, e-commerce, business, merchandising or related field; or equivalent experience required
- 5 years business experience in a marketing, e-commerce, retail, or merchandising environment required. Experience in Network Television and Internet Retailing
- Manage a multi-level team, interact at the executive level, and lead across independent groups
