Northrop Grumman Defense System is seeking an Associate Employee Experience Project Manager. This position is located in Colorado Springs, CO and will support the SDS Division. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.
What You’ll Get To Do:
Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Facilitation of Division onboarding.
Improvement of Division orientation and programmatic offerings from Pre-hire through year 1 of work with Strategic Deterrent Systems for new employees at our Colorado Springs Site.
Execute networking experiences for employees, inclusive of programming for interns, rotational employees, new hires, manager community of practices, etc.
Help develop and shape additional programs/processes to improve the overall Employee Experience.
Detailed and team oriented with organization skills.
Demonstrated experience in: collaborating across organizations to bring forward a consolidated objective.
Executing through a program or project start-up and effectively rolling out and managing change.
Acting with a sense of urgency and accountability; taking ownership of tasks and strategic direction.
This position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.

Basic Qualifications:
0 Years with Bachelors; 0 Years with Masters. In lieu of formal degree, 4 additional years of relevant experience may be considered.
Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Active in-scope DoD Secret clearance or higher.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Some experience with Agile processes.
The ability to execute communications with stakeholders through organized processes to ensure that program information is defined, collected, shared, understood, stored and retrieved in a manner that effectively meets program and stakeholder needs.
