MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Assist in driving the growth of the electronic FX business within EMEA. Collaborating across sales and trading as well as product and development to maximize our presence with existing and target clients including Corporates and Financial Institutions as well as internal desks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the voice for the eFX product suit to all internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist the team in running sales campaigns to leverage the existing and future product offering.
- Promoting e-FX business to internal and external clients/stakeholders.
- Help the team achieve the Global eFX Trading target.
- Coordinate with the Division in charge of Market Business Promotions, Global Markets Trading Division, in performing your responsibilities specified above.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Essential:
Previous experience working in finance, economics, or within a financial information, data, or analytics company, or with eFX communication networks (ECNs).
Preferred:
Experience working within an electronic FX market making desk or other electronic FX environment.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Functional / Technical Competencies:
Essential
- Understanding of FX markets: Spot, Forwards, Swaps, NDFs, and market structure.
- Knowledge of electronic FX trading workflows: Pricing, order, execution, liquidity management, and post-trade processes.
- Client relationship management: Ability to support the eFX Sales team and voice sales in servicing corporate and financial institution clients.
- Collaboration: working effectively with trading, technology, and operations teams to ensure smooth client coverage and execution.
Preferred:
- Great knowledge of FX ECNs and platforms: understand the platforms used to trade eFX (Bloomberg FXGO, 360T, FXALL, FSS, EBSD, Direct API, etc)
- Understanding of API connectivity, FIX protocol and data feeds for price and trade execution.
- Commercial acumen: Awareness of spreads, margins, and profitability metrics in EFX flow.
- Analytical and data skills: Ability to use excel advanced functions or analytical tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc) for client reporting and performance tracking.

- Regulatory awareness: Understanding of key FX regulations (MiFID II, best execution, EMIR, Dodd-Frank)
