Cushman & Wakefield is establishing a new Data Centre Contracting business line across Asia-Pacific. This role is central to shaping that growth — designing and managing agile supply chain strategies, developing key supplier relationships, and embedding procurement excellence across projects.

Reporting to the Head of DC Contracting, the Senior Procurement & Supply Chain Manager acts as a strategic partner in building scalable, data-driven procurement frameworks that underpin delivery capability and competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Role Description:

Lead procurement and supply chain development for Cushman & Wakefield’s Data Centre Contracting projects across APAC, building and managing regional vendor ecosystems, implementing procurement strategies, and supporting business development initiatives. Provide hands-on guidance to project and country teams, ensuring best-in-class sourcing, governance, and delivery performance.

Business Line & Strategy Partnership:

  • Act as a strategic partner to the Head of DC Contracting and Engineering, contributing to the design and execution of business strategy. Develop procurement programs and partnerships that enable long-term business growth. Collaborate on go-to-market strategies and operational frameworks ensuring procurement supports both delivery and commercial success.

Supply Chain Leadership & Team Development:

  • Build, manage, and continuously improve Cushman & Wakefield’s supply chain ecosystem across Asia-Pacific. Set the vision for sourcing strategy, onboarding, and supplier relationship management. Champion data-driven tools and databases for performance monitoring. In time, manage in-country supply chain managers, mentoring them to deliver consistent standards regionally.

Project Support & Innovation:

  • Work closely with Project Managers and Bid Leads to establish early procurement strategies, prioritising key trade packages and partners. Support pre-construction involvement and inject practical construction expertise into planning and delivery. Lead procurement input into new market entry, driving lessons learned and continuous improvement.

Commercial & Regional Leadership:

  • Use market insight to identify risks, opportunities, and competitive advantages. Mentor regional procurement leads as business expands, ensuring alignment with group strategy and compliance. Support business development and client engagement as required.

Governance, Quality & Risk Management:

  • Ensure procurement activities comply with Cushman & Wakefield governance frameworks. Implement transparent approval processes and vendor audits. Monitor supplier performance and mitigate commercial or operational risks proactively.

Team Culture & Collaboration:

  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture within the procurement function. Promote knowledge sharing, innovation, and a balanced approach between the best global practices and local market adaptation

Requirements:

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or in a related field.

  • 8 years or more relevant experience

  • Deep understanding of mission-critical construction and procurement across Asia

  • Proven experience building supplier ecosystems and digital procurement frameworks

  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and leadership skills

  • Strategic mindset with practical construction and delivery understanding

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement across technical and commercial disciplines

  • Extensive experience in mission-critical or large-scale infrastructure procurement and supply chain management.

  • Track record of leading regional sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations, and implementing digital tools for transparency and efficiency.
