The Team: 

Our Marketing Operations & Analytics team is dedicated to driving marketing performance and operational excellence across our global marketing team by driving campaign effectiveness, optimizing processes, leveraging technology, and delivering actionable insights. What You'll Do:

In a high-impact and high-visibility role as a part of the marketing operations team, you will be responsible for leading our team of marketing automation specialists, manage our email marketing programs, MarTech stack implementations, and process optimizations across the global marketing organization.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Systems & Automation

  • Own and optimize Marketo Engage: including program creation and best practices, audience segmentation, operational programs for lead scoring, lifecycle, and data cleansing automations, and managing our email marketing calendar.
  • Leverage AI and automation tools to enhance campaign effectiveness, personalization, and team productivity
  • Manage integrations of Marketo Engage with Salesforce and other marketing technologies

Campaign Execution & Optimization

  • Build and maintain multi-touch email nurture programs and lifecycle campaigns across personas and funnel stages
  • Define and enforce campaign operations standards (e.g., UTM structure, naming conventions, segmentation strategies)
  • Collaborate within the marketing team to support seamless campaign execution

Data Governance & Insights

  • Manage marketing data hygiene and alignment with data management teams in Marketing and Revenue Operations
  • Create operational dashboards and reports to monitor Marketo Engage integrations and system health

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with the rest of the Marketing Operations team, Marketing and Revenue Operations on marketing-sourced pipeline reporting, lead flow governance, and system alignment

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years in marketing operations, marketing automation, and email marketing.
  • Expertise with Marketo Engage and Salesforce systems. (Certifications preferred)
  • Strong understanding of marketing data governance and privacy laws.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across global teams. Experience with leading a team.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.
