Your role at Clorox:

Hiring for two roles.
1) Base (Toilet & Drain): this role will be responsible for a core segment of the US Cleaning BU and reports directly into the Cleaning Marketing Director.
2) Core Platform: this role will be responsible for managing a core platform of the US Cleaning BU and reports directly into the Cleaning Marketing Director.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and execute a three-year consumer-led growth plan that helps deliver the Cleaning BU NCS, profit, and margin targets.
  • Coach and develop your direct and cross-functional team with a focus on the GM mindset, analytical thinking, and executing with excellence.
  • Drive priorities within the team and advance end-to-end strategic thinking that connects consumer needs to big growth ideas within core fundamentals and new spaces/innovations.
  • Influence and enable the Cleaning leadership team and Business Unit to be consumer-led, idea-led, focused, faster, and growth-oriented.
  • Support a robust cost-savings pipeline and leverage tools like Net Revenue Management, to improve margin and drive profitable growth.
  • Provide input to IBP business forecasts and achieve forecast accuracy targets.
  • Build a purpose-driven culture that embraces IDEA (inclusion, diversity, equity, and allyship).

What we look for:

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business objectives
  • Ability to influence leadership, demonstrated through ability to advance ideas for recommendations to General Manager
  • Experienced people manager, as demonstrated by ability to coach and lead a team of direct reports and/or cross functional partners (includes external experience prior to Clorox)
  • Strong analytical skills required.  Must able to leverage data/ analytics to identify business opportunities and challenges and craft an actionable plan to drive 3-year growth plans ​
  • Ability to drive team culture as demonstrated through participation in ERGs, IDEA, recruiting, and/or leadership in culture-driving activities
  • Ability to prioritize the work that drives the most value to the organization and pivot as needed.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and independently shape and drive plans.
  • Has demonstrated technical understanding of marketing priorities and KPIs. Understands how Personalization/TLS, Omni planning, and MTI impact the business.

Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.

–Zone A: $153,700 - $309,000

–Zone B: $140,900 - $283,300

–Zone C: $128,100 - $257,500
