Position Overview:

RTX is looking for a candidate with experience managing an experience and talented engineering team dedicated to the compliance, development, configuration for all of RTX.  This individual must have an interest in creating a vision for the next generation of Internal Collaboration for the enterprise via M365 The ideal candidate will have leadership skills to manage a large team, focus on service optimization, be decisive in high pressure scenarios, and be passionate about establishing and executing the long-term strategy for internal collaboration at RTX. 

 

RTX is seeking a proven leader to oversee a talented engineering team responsible for compliance, development, and configuration across the enterprise. This individual will play a key role in shaping the future of internal collaboration through Microsoft 365.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and execute a 3-5 year roadmap for M365 environment 
  • Overall service responsibility includes tenant engineering, tenant development and tenant compliance while overseeing and communicating roadmap as it applies to RTX>   
  • Align collaboration services with organizational goals, ensuring scalability, security, and user adoption. 
  • Continue adoption and drive usage against licensing capabilities while ensuring compliance is enforced. 
  • Solve for complex collaboration needs and issues globally, at the enterprise scale 
  • Manage a team of  managers, engineers, administrators, and SME’s 
  • Oversee project delivery including migrations, upgrades, and new feature releases 
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts with Legal, Global Trade, Cybersecurity, and other departments and ensure service compliance 
  • Manage relationships with Microsoft and other third-party vendors 
  • Evaluate and recommend new solutions to enhance capabilities and stay-current 
  • Communicate with and brief senior leadership 
  • You will learn all aspects of collaboration service management at an enterprise scale 

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience
  • 10 years experience leading a large team 
  • 12+ years of industry experience 
  • 5+ years of SharePoint experience 
  • 10% Travel

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Proven experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and change management. 
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills 
  • Experience working in a GCC High tenant

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
