Position Description:

The University of Louisville Information Technology Services (ITS) is seeking an Associate Director, Enterprise Functional Lead. As the Associate Director of Enterprise Systems, Functional Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, implementation, and management of Workday Financial systems. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals, ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our Finance technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Workday Finance Team in the design, development, and implementation of Workday solutions.

  • Collaborate with Finance and IT stakeholders to align Workday systems with business objectives.

  • Manage and optimize Workday configurations, integrations, and security settings.

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

  • Monitor system performance and troubleshooting issues as needed.

  • Stay current with Workday updates and new features, ensuring the organization leverages the latest capabilities.

Compensation will be commensurate to candidate experience.
