Associate Digital Product Manager

Join our Member Portal team as an Associate Digital Product and help support backlog refinement, QA testing, and planning for key interactions with our members online. You’ll collaborate with teams like Customer Support, Product Marketing, and Engineering to deliver high-impact solutions as we undergo a major enabling transformation.

We’re looking for someone with experience in product management and a background in IT or digital fields. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives, drive member satisfaction, and help scale our digital capabilities.

You’ll also create communications for presenting to prospective candidates and their families, work closely with the communications team to adopt best practices for marketing, and lead meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment and impact.

Job Responsibilities 

• Working closely with stakeholders to understand the business and advance solutions as business priorities evolve
• Supporting Customer Support, Sales Enablement, and Product Marketing in the development of digital strategies, features, capabilities, and content 
• Collaborating and coordinating with cross-functional teams to develop and propose digital strategy in support of key business and product initiatives 
• Overseeing a backlog that aligns with available Engineering capacity and maps to an overall digital solutions roadmap
• Leading Agile ceremonies and/or collaboration meetings, such as planning, refinement, demos, and retrospectives with technology teams
• Coordinating within cross-functional teams to support product, program and outreach optimizations and the delivery of regulatory and contractual assets
• Working closely with Engineering to ensure solutions are delivered to specification in a timely and cost-effective manner  

Job Qualifications 

Education 

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment 

Experience 

• 3 years - Working in the field of digital product management, content management, web design and publishing, member/relationship database marketing campaigns. 

Skills\Certifications 

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment sharing  responsibility, roles and accountability. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office M365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.) and SharePoint
• Must be a team player, be organized and have the ability to handle multiple projects 
• Excellent oral and written communication skills 
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
