At PwC, our people in deals focus on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. They help clients navigate complex transactions and maximise value in their business deals.

Those in deal integration and valuation realisation at PwC will focus on assisting clients in successfully integrating acquisitions and maximising the value of their investments. You will be responsible for conducting valuations, financial analysis, and developing strategies for post-merger integration.

Role Description

As a Campus Hire Consultant in DDV, you will support transaction-focused projects as a key member of the team. You will work on assignments that span the lifecycle of an M&A deal, including analyses for carve-out, post-merger integration, and value creation projects. You will assist in operational due diligence, data modeling, project planning, and execution of integration / separation  initiatives. You will contribute to client deliverables and reports, gaining exposure to both sell-side and buy-side transactions.

Skills and Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree (e.g., Business, Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields)
• Little or no prior professional experience required; internships or student projects in relevant areas are a plus
• Strong analytical thinking and eagerness to solve complex problems
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Motivation to learn and work independently on qualitative and quantitative analyses
• Team player with the ability to collaborate in international teams
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Interest in data analytics tools such as PowerBI and Tableau (desirable)
