PPD, the clinical research business of Thermo Fisher Scientific, has a new opening for an Associate Counsel, Contracts on our corporate Legal Contracts Team to support several PPD departments.
The role can be held as a hybrid office position in North Carolina (Raleigh or Wilmington) or remotely in the UK.
The Associate Counsel, Contracts position provides legal advice and support in drafting, review and negotiation of business agreements and contracts for assigned departments within PPD. It serves as the primary contact to ensure PPD's best interests are protected and that senior management has the legal information necessary to make informed decisions and grant approvals for business risks.

The salary range estimated in North Carolina for this position is $85,000-105,000 USD. This position will also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. Actual compensation will be confirmed in writing at the time of offer.
