Associate Configuration Support (ACSs)

The Next Generation Darwin Delivery team are responsible for implementing Darwin to our clients, as well as managing any changes to the clients requirements whilst using the platform and its services. The NGD Delivery team plays a critical role in helping our clients realize value from their investment in our technology.

The Associate Configuration Support Specialist (ACSs) configures Darwin functionalities such as simple benefits, communications, site content, and perform unit testing on the assigned work. They also act as support for the specialists from the team.

You are expected to understand basic concepts of benefits and how these are built in Darwin, and to start understanding end-to-end benefit administration processes in Darwin.

You are responsible for delivering tasks assigned by more senior members of the team or the leadership team.

THE ROLE AND YOUR MISSION

  • Learn basic Darwin skills and will spend much of their first year configuring simple requirements on Darwin
  • Perform simple configuration tasks with no guidelines or supervision e.g. site content, branding, campaigns, simple benefits
  • Perform medium configuration tasks with support and supervision from senior members of the team
  • Learn the SD - QA Process used in Solutions Delivery
  • Performing unit testing using test case templates of all configuration assigned in due time
  • Be responsible of assigned work package flow
  • Owns communication on work packages assigned: pro-actively informs project stakeholders about status of work
  • Will start to provide estimates of own deliverables at work package level
  • Support ad-hoc on projects if required
  • Actively attend new joiner training: Darwin Enablement for New Joiners, SD Specific training courses, Darwin related knowledge session
  • Prove responsibility for own development: keep objectives tracker updated, ask for feedback from colleagues as agreed with line manager
  • Be able to perform basic research of any work related topics for projects or meetings using internal tools
  • Seeks development by reaching to Technical Experts who can provide advice, direction and share insights on various parts of the projects

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND VALUES

  • Be a good team player by displaying consistent team work skills while also showing strong work ethics
  • Logical thinking and problem solving skills
  • High analytical skills
  • Structured and well organized, with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Great English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Knowledge of Atlassian tools is a plus
  • Previous work experience in a team (multinational environment) - is a plus
