Associate Business Services Analyst - Accounts Receivable

Job Description

Reporting to the Team Leader of Business Services, the Associate Business Services Analyst supports the successful collaboration with internal and external customers and suppliers to meet our needs within the Global Business Services organization. Deduction management lead/SME (subject matter expert) for Outsourcing team. Respond to information requests and communicate the impact to partners. The responsibilities of this role could span across all teams within Accounts Receivable, including Cash Application, Collections, Customer Program Management and Reverse Logistics

Position Responsibilities

  • Help gather and interpret data with multiple levels of problem solving

  • Help with M&A activities, customer strategies, supply chain analytics, and business escalations for our managed services partners.

  • Identify problems and opportunities, recommending solutions

  • Create reporting; provide analysis that inspires action/ resolution

  • Present findings that assist understanding, and informed decision-making.

  • Help support problem solving, improving business processes and customer requests

  • Work across departments and with different levels within the organization

  • Document business process and recommend process improvements

  • Exercise judgment in financial, operational or transactional analysis to identify and help resolve issues

  • Support work in an ambiguous and business environment

  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple activities simultaneously

  • Demonstrates ability to work both independently and in a cross functional team

  • Work across geographies and cultures

  • Practice influence and peer collaboration; gets work done through others

  • Escalation contact for internal and external partners.

Position Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business related field

  • 1+ years of business related experience

  • Able to work independently under general supervision

  • Detail oriented

  • Intellectual curiosity

  • Self-starter with ability to work independently

  • Have the capacity to apply critical thinking

  • Technical skills/aptitude, Power BI experience

  • Domestic and International travel may be required

  • Experience working and performing in a fun, Agile environment

Compensation: 

Pay Range:$59,000-$78,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
