In staffing and deployment at PwC, your work will focus on managing and optimising the deployment of employees within the organisation, getting the right talent to the right place at the right time.
- Supporting platform resource leaders within Advisory team
- Support and arrange in platform meetings; arrange schedule, create platform meeting deck and monthly report for Partners
- Help to monitor and analyze overtime and utilization, manage resource sharing, and contract management
- Close coordination with the each platform team, Advisory’ finance operation team, and others within or outside Advisory team
- Together with Secretary monitor contract status including to remind and follow up contract creation up to billing
- Help to support as event committee for internal event within Advisory team
Job Requirements :
- Candidate with background in finance or a related discipline from a reputable university.
- While fresh graduates are welcome to apply, having 1-2 years of professional experience will be considered a significant advantage
