Job Title: Elevator Modernization Sales Executive

Department: Modernization

Reports To: Senior Sales Modernization Business Manager

Job Purpose:

To drive sales growth by identifying, developing, and closing elevator modernization opportunities. The role focuses on converting existing equipment to upgraded systems that improve performance, safety, and aesthetics — ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new modernization sales opportunities through existing customer base, building owners, consultants, and property managers.
  • Conduct site surveys and technical evaluations to determine modernization needs and suitable solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and service teams to ensure proposal accuracy and technical feasibility.
  • Negotiate and close modernization contracts to meet assigned sales targets.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships to promote brand loyalty and repeat business.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to support business growth.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, quality standards, and ethical practices.
  • Support post-sale handover and coordinate with project teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience (3–5 years) in sales of elevator, escalator, or building systems (modernization or service preferred).
  • Strong technical understanding of elevator systems and modernization concepts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.

Experience Requirements:

  • Prior experience in B2B sales, especially in the elevator, building services, or construction industry.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding annual sales targets.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver customer solutions.

Working Conditions:

  • Office-based with frequent site visits and customer meetings.
  • Occasional travel for regional customer visits or training may be required.
