WinnCompanies is looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join our team at Metro Green Apartments, a 250-unit Tax credit and Market rate housing community located in Stamford, CT.
In this role, you will support the Property Manager in managing all aspects of the community, including leasing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, service requests, and customer service.
The pay range for this position is $24.88 to $29.00 per hour, dependent on experience. Please note the selected candidate will adhere to the following schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and every other Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM , Wednesday 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Every other Saturday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
