Summary of Job Duties:

The Department of Internal Medicine, Division of Hematology/Oncology, is seeking qualified faculty members to provide excellence in clinical care, education, and research.


Qualifications:

  • Medical Degree (M.D. or equivalent)

  • Completion of an Internal Medicine residency

  • Eligible for medical licensure in the State of Arkansas

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fellowship training in Hematology and/or Oncology

  • Demonstrated record of teaching, research, and scholarly activity


Additional Information:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct inpatient and outpatient care to hematology/oncology patients

  • Teach and supervise trainees across multiple levels of medical education

  • Collaborate in clinical research and contribute to scholarly publications and presentations

  • Participate in quality improvement, program development, and multidisciplinary initiatives

  • Support the academic mission of the Department through service, committee work, and professional contributions

  • Perform other related duties as assigned by division leadership
