Position: Assistant Manager - Technical (MIS)
Role : Assistant Manager - Technical (MIS)
Site- HDFC Bank Ltd , Zenith House
Objective:
Detail-oriented and tech-savvy Techno MIS Executive to support HDFC Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), ESG sustainability, Oil, Waste, Gas (Refrigerant/CNG/Carbon) and Utility (Power & Water) management functions. Manage end-to-end data collation, validation, analysis, and reporting across multiple HDFC Branches and Site to drive compliance, operational excellence, and strategic decision-making.
Major Key Responsibilities:
Data Collation & Management : Collect, consolidate, and validate data from multiple (Pan India) HDFC Locations related to:
- EHS metrics: incidents, near-misses, audits, trainings, compliance reports
- ESG indicators: carbon footprint, energy consumption, social initiatives, governance practices
- Sustainability performance: waste segregation, recycling, hazardous waste tracking, water usage
- Utility analytics: electricity, diesel, water, and renewable energy usage
- Develop and maintain centralized dashboards and databases for tracking site performance.
- Data analysis on KWH consumption of DG/Chillers/HVAC System
Reporting & Analysis
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly) for internal stakeholders of HDFC Management.
- Analyze trends and anomalies in data to identify areas for operational improvement or risk.
- Support sustainability and compliance reporting.
Systems & Tools
- Work with digital tools such as Excel, Power BIHDFC Portal, or EHS/ESG software platforms.
- Ensure data accuracy through automation, validation routines, and audit trails.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining MIS-related technologies and digital solutions.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with HDFC site teams, EHS officers, facility managers, and third-party vendors for timely data inputs.
- Coordinate with ESG and sustainability leads to align data tracking with strategic goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree – Technical vertical
- 2–5 years of experience in MIS, preferably in IFM, real estate, EHS, or sustainability sectors.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (advanced level), PowerPoint, Power BI/Tableau.
- Familiarity with ESG frameworks and EHS regulatory compliance will be an advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of IFM industry operations and sustainability reporting standards.
- Experience in handling large datasets from multiple sources.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders.
