Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Product Marketing & E-commerce Assistant Manager to lead product go-to-market strategies while driving growth across our digital commerce channels. This hybrid role combines strategic marketing with e-commerce management to deliver measurable sales, brand visibility, and customer engagement.
Role and Responsibilities

- Lead go-to-market plans for online models, product positioning, and marketing campaigns
- Manage and optimize our e-commerce platform, ensuring strong sales performance
- Plan and execute promotional calendars, product launches, and sales events
- Conduct Market Research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, market trends , and opportunities
- Initiate Strategic Sale driven campaigns to achieve Monthly/Yearly sale target
- Define the target audience and buyer personas for each online product or offering or channels
- Drive online traffic and conversion through SEO, SEM, social, and digital campaigns
- Monitor and report on KPIs such as sales, conversion, and customer engagement
- Optimize product pages , pricing and promotions to maximize online revenue and ROI
- Manage and Supervise to E-com operation PIC for product structuring g , customer relationship, product and price updating
- Collaborate with product, channel, Master Dealers, and customer service teams for seamless execution
- Lead to Online sale group ( EPP/EIP/D2C/Live Sale ) and drive to achieve sale target
Skills and Qualifications
Qualifications
- - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or digital marketing
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in product marketing, e-commerce, or Online sales
- Proven experience in online product launches , go-to-market campaigns or digital -first brands
- Must have Leadership skills to lead online sale team members from cross-functional teams
- Strong knowledge of online marketing tools and e-commerce platforms
- Data-driven with expertise in Google Analytics and campaign ROI tracking
- Excellent communication , story-telling , problem-solving and project management
- A balance of strategic thinking and execution
- Aggressive to drive online sale revenue and customer acquisition
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions
- Optimized e-commerce performance and improved customer journey
- Data-driven decision-making with measurable ROI
