THE JOB:

As an Assistant Manager at Primrose, you will be the heartbeat of our vibrant dining experience, ensuring that daily operations flow seamlessly while fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests. Your friendly smile and exceptional service will enhance each guest’s journey, allowing you to connect with diners, hear their unique stories, and anticipate their needs. Imagine working in a space where breakfast knows no deadline and where garden parties are celebrated with sparkling rosé! At Primrose, we pride ourselves on our all-you-can-drink bubbles and a brunch menu that delights every palate. Whether guests are indulging in a leisurely all-day affair or simply stopping by for their morning coffee or a refreshing pressed juice to go, your role will be crucial in delivering those unforgettable WOW moments.


THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Make daily floor plans per shift to ensure proper rotation and coverage of stations

  • Supervise floor service in dining rooms during hours of operation

  • Perform employee evaluations and manage issues related to attendance records

  • Maintain communication with the Chef on all food service and menu issues

  • Communicate with management, chefs and culinary staff in order to fulfill and address issues or needs requested by guests  and employees

  • Order supplies through the IP System and Purchasing; prepare purchase requisitions for any outlets from the warehouse or  support departments

  • Keep inventory form and stocking area updated

  • Inspect food coming from support departments to assure freshness and quality

  • Maintain direct communication with guests for special requests and large party reservations


THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

  • 2+ years of prior relevant experience

  • Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
