[What the role is]
This is a 2-year position as an Asisstant Manager in the Planning and Risk Management Office.[What you will be working on]
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Lead the team in planning corporate projects and events while providing planning and logistical support in other corporate projects and events, where needed
Lead in the administration and review of admin processes and sub-system (e.g. General Admin, IT, Asset Management, HR, Finance, Records Management, Training etc)
Provide support to the team managing NP’s ERM in areas such as secretariat support to the Enterprise Risk Management Steering Committee (ERMSC), development and maintenance of NP’s ERM portal and key risk indicator dashboards
Provide secretarial and administrative support to Senior Management
Coach and supervise a team of Executives to build overall team engagement and effectiveness
[What we are looking for]
At least 3 years of experience in office administration and secretarial support
Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and in a team
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently under pressure
Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and good problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge in software and digital tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx etc would be a bonus but a willingness and ability to learn such tools will be welcomed as well
