Qualification & Experience:
- Education: Diploma / B.E. in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Access Control and CCTV Systems.
- Certification: Must be Genetec Certified (mandatory).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site service support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for Access Control and CCTV systems.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and ensure system uptime as per SLA commitments.
- Diagnose hardware, software, and network-related issues in Genetec, CCTV, and Access Control systems.
- Coordinate with OEM support and internal technical teams for escalation and resolution of complex issues.
- Maintain proper service documentation, including checklists, maintenance reports, and system health reports.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality procedures during service and maintenance activities.
- Support system upgrades, firmware updates, and configuration changes as required.
- Build and maintain good working relationships with customers and ensure timely communication of service updates.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of Genetec Security Center software and IP-based CCTV systems.
- Sound understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, IP addressing, switches, and servers).
- Ability to interpret system schematics, wiring diagrams, and device configuration details.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and coordination skills with customers and internal teams.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel to various customer sites as per service requirements.
