Job Summary

As an Assistant Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a strategic role in enabling business success by shaping and delivering impactful HR solutions. Reporting into the Senior HRBP, this role is accountable for partnering with business leaders and HR colleagues globally to drive transformation, improve performance, and embed AstraZeneca’s people agenda.
You will lead change, and support talent initiatives while ensuring alignment with AZ’s global HR policies and frameworks.
